Return any product within 60 days after delivery for exchange or refund. NO questions asked. NO restocking fee. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed. Even if you purchased a product with "Free Shipping”, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return package.

An RMA number is required for all returns. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA number, otherwise, your return cannot be processed.
Defective Products or Issues with Product Quality
In case of a defective product or dissatisfaction with product quality, please email us at mario@nacwireandcables.com or call us 516 768 5069. Explain in detail what is wrong with the product. We can often solve problems with troubleshooting. Once the product is verified to be defective, we will issue an RMA # and send you a return shipping label. NAC Wire and Cable will also ship you a replacement product right away if you so desire. NAC Wire and Cable bills you for advance replacement products. Once the defective product has been received and tested at our facilities, we will issue credit. For refunds on defective products, shipping charges are included.
